Morning Routine

5am or 6am wake up. Out of bed to the kitchen -- start water for tea, take levothyroxine, feed dog, check blood glucose. Then to bathroom; brush teeth, wipe face with cucumber wipes and put in daily use contacts. Throw on workout clothing, grab tea, and head to gym. Workout (or coach a workout). Home. Walk dog. Shower. Put on BB cream, mascara and bronzer. Get dressed. Prepare breakfast (tofu scramble or fresh fruit). Grab tote for work stuff and drive three miles to town.

Nightly Routine

Change into comfy clothes. Make dinner. Watch Netflix while perusing emails and responding as needed. Eat dinner (lately black bean and sweet potato sautee or something of the like). Walk dog . Watch end of show. Brush teeth, check blood sugar, take out and throw away contacts.

Fitness Routine

CrossFit 3-4 times a week. Random yoga class or spin here and there. A hike every now and then.

When it comes to eating...

I'm vegan so at present plants only but I have also done keto, pales and whole30 in the past.
